The artist said he faced many challenges growing up, "Going to bed hungry and going to school with nothing to eat"
He moved to Rondebult at the tender age of seven were he shared a back room with mom.
Although, his mother did everything in her power to raise him, Quote T said: " I was that boy who wanted to get it on my own without having to depend on people."
When he moved to Rondebult with his mother, he fell in love with the street and was always in the streets until he met a guy named Brutus Singo who happens to be a coach and owns his own football club called Supreme United Fc.
Coach Brutus scouted the talent Quote T had, put him on the field and told him to kick the ball as hard as he could. That's when he started playing soccer and just like that coach Brutus was able to get him of the streets.
However, his first love is music and that is what Quote T is currently focusing on. His music is available on every streaming platform including soundcloud
"I chose music because when I do music or listen to music all the pain fades away," Qoute T
