PEOPLE LIVING ON THE STREES IN PRETORIA

IS THIS FAIR ON THE ORDINARY PEOPLE?

Living on the streets is something non of us ever want experience. However though, for those who actually live on the streets, it seems to be something normal. People who live on the streets are poor and yes as human beings we feel sorry for them. Nevertheless, this does not give people living on the streets the right to take advantage of the ordinary people they ask money from. Just imagine how many times a day they ask money from people each and everyday. In some restaurants in Pretoria some of them disturb customers while enjoying a meal by entering the restaurant and asking the customers for food and money. In Sohanguve for example, some nyaope boys go around asking people for money and sometimes if the people don’t give them money they get angry and start to swear at people. What can we do as South Africans to stop this? I ask again, is this fair on ordinary South Africans. It's food for thought.
